Hypothetical CNS concentrations (ng/ml) of naloxone required in the new opioid era - a threshold of naloxone may be required in the CNS during the first minutes after administration to compete with larger number of bound opiate receptors with fentanyl. This threshold may not be achieved with the current doses of naloxone, but would if higher doses of naloxone were used
